Italy Watercolor Sketchbook retreat: June 1-8 2024
Included:
-Seven nights shared accommodation at the beautiful Locanda del Gallo. This restored 12th century villa offers lovely rooms with a private or semi-private bath. https://www.locandadelgallo.it
-Three meals each day (optional box lunch on excursion days) carefully prepared in the traditions of Mediterranean cuisine using local produce 80% organically grown and prepared by an on-site chef. Special dietary needs accommodated.
-Use of art studio, tea service, wellness center with Jacuzzi spa and steam bath. Daily room cleaning.
-Massage services available.
-Sketchbook/watercolor instruction with artists Michael and Victoria Copeland. All Levels of experience (classes taught in English)

-Two full-day excursions by private bus/taxi to local hilltop villages, i.e., Assisi, St. Francis Basilica, Gubbio market, Deruta ceramic studio, local festivals at Facilitator’s discretion.

Travel/Trip Insurance. We strongly recommend buying travel insurance. Typically this must be bought within 10-14 days of trip enrollment (payment of deposit).

Transfers, items of a personal nature, any meals or optional sightseeing not listed in the itinerary.

Cancellation Policy: Reservation is effective upon receipt of your registration form, signed disclaimer form, and payment of your $500. deposit. Your non-refundable payment balance is due Feburary 15, 2024. For this reason we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to cover losses that would be incurred in the event of cancellation. Sketchbook Tours reserves the right to cancel this retreat if the minimum number of students is not met by February 15, 2024. In this case, participants will receive a full refund.
